Been away for a couple for day but with a fair reason. I went on a business trip to Dusseldorf, Germany. I was thinking about if I should even write posts about pure business travelling, but why not? I had to wear clothes there too. 🙂
So for the past days I was on a Glasstech fair (since I work in a glazing and glass processing company), where the whole glass industry moves for the week. More or less it all about going from a stand to stand, looking at the glass processing machinery, talking to partners and negotiating new deals + lots of coffee, dry cookies and an everlasting question at every stand: What do you want to drink? Coffee – water with gas – water without gas – coffee – water with gas – water without gas – Danke danke, and round and round.
I spent the afternoons in the typical German restaurants + on one gala dinner organized by our glass supply partner. I also did a bit of shopping on the main Dusseldorf shopping street Königsallee. All in all, the trip was a good combo of business + good food + cold weather and first snow!
